As a condition of your treatment by this office, financial arrangements must be made in advance. The practice depends upon reimbursement from the patients for the costs incurred in their care and financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment. However, treatment cannot be determined over the phone.
All emergency dental services, or any dental services performed without pervious financial arrangements, must be paid for at the time services are performed.
Patients who carry dental insurance understand that Deaton Dental Associates accepts most dental insurance plans, but our office is only a participating provider with certain dental insurance plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to verify your benefits and file your claims and will estimate (as closely as possible) your portion due at the time of service, however the patient/guarantor is responsible for any amount not covered by his/her insurance.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept most major PPO insurance plans. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit are available for major dental work done in our office. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.
